Becca Kreis
Rebecca Kreis is a geriatric nurse practitioner serving the Grand Forks community. She graduated from the University of North Dakota, earning a Master of Science in Nursing. Rebecca has vast experience in geriatrics, hospice, oncology, palliative care, and primary care.
Andrea Jorgenson
Andrea is a nurse practitioner serving the Grand Forks area. She received her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree through Presentation College and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has vast experience in med/surg, critical care, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
Russell Niffenegger
Russell Niffenegger is a family nurse practitioner serving the Grand Forks community. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing in 2022 following an extensive career as an RN working in intermediate care, cardiac care, emergency medicine, and medical/surgical units in acute care and critical access hospitals. Russell is very passionate about patient care and serving his community.

Veronica Carson
Veronica Carson is a board-certified geriatric nurse practitioner serving both Hermantown and Virginia, MN, locations at Legacy Medical. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, and in 2014, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota. She has an extensive background in acute and primary care, hospice, trauma, and telehealth, emphasizing wellness and healthy aging.
Dani Daniels
Danielle, “Dani,” Daniels, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who serves the Watertown, SD area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Dakota and her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration on family practice through Walden University.
Dani has vast experience in long-term care, primary care, critical care, and leadership. She utilizes a person-centered holistic approach that supports her patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual needs.
Chelsea Dupre
Chelsea is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving the Rapid City area. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before furthering her education to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College.
Chelsea has robust experience in cardiovascular surgery, critical care, trauma, primary care, and nursing education. She is very passionate about healthcare and ensures a personalized patient experience that merges empathy and expertise.
When Chelsea is not with her patients, she spends time with her children and family.
Tara Dye
Tara has been a licensed nurse practitioner for four years and serves the Casper, Wyoming, community. She earned her master’s degree from Walden University. Tara has vast experience in internal medicine and has provided care to a wide array of patients.

Jennifer Lombardi
Jennifer Lombardi is a family nurse practitioner with Legacy Medical, serving the cities of Laramie and Cheyenne, Wyoming. She attended Regis University in Denver, CO, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on rural and underserved populations. She has over twelve years of diverse experience in various roles, including neurosurgical and medical/surgical units, dialysis, hospice care, and urgent care.
Jenni Karp
Jenni is a nurse practitioner serving the Spearfish, SD community. She earned her master’s degree and became board-certified as a family nurse practitioner. Jenni has nine years of experience in patient care, nursing leadership, and nursing education and has developed a passion for geriatrics and serving those with dementia. She is certified as both a dementia practitioner and a geriatric care professional.
Kaitlyn Perez
Kaitlyn is one of Legacy Medical’s nurse practitioners serving the Bismarck/Mandan areas. She attended the University of Mary, graduating with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a family nurse practitioner concentration. Additionally, Kaitlyn has served in a variety of roles during her nursing career, including ear, nose, and throat clinical care, surgical, mental health, and substance use crises.
Michelle Rexine
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP) at Maryville University. Michelle is a passionate advocate for her patients and has extensive experience working in long-term care, orthopedics, neurology, medical/surgical, and critical care.
Anna Rosenberg
Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. Anna has diverse experience as a diverse nurse practitioner specializing in both family practice and geriatrics.
Savannah Smith
Savannah is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving the Bismarck & Mandan locations. She earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Mary and gained experience working in neurology with patients who had suffered strokes and other neurological conditions. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Savannah worked as an RN at Sanford Health in Bismarck.
Chelsea Vollmer
Chelsea is a family nurse practitioner serving the Minot, ND community. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Minot State University. Chelsea is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners & North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association. Chelsea has a strong passion for working with geriatric clients.
Cyndi Wald
Cyndi Wald is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving Legacy Medical’s Bismarck & Mandan locations. She earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice in April 2017 from the University of Mary. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Cyndi worked as an RN in various settings, such as the emergency trauma department, and as a traveling nurse for 13 years, working with oncology patients.
